Aloha!  Cruise planner Diane Shelton and I have planned a great cruise experience for you! See all four Hawaiian islands, explore the sights, and experience Hawaiian needlework opportunities, too!

This cruise is open to twenty quilters and their companions based upon space aboard ship. Non-quilting spouses, family members and friends are welcome to join our group. We will have many shore days exploring all four major Hawaiian islands.

Our cruise project....

...is an easy, spectacular Hawaiian-themed Circle Star in a variety of fabrics. The kits will be pre-cut for ease of assembly, and there will be many different background combinations in either a tropical flower or deep ocean theme. I am cutting additional kits, if you decide you can't resist having both! After registering for the cruise, and you will pre-order at least one kit. I will post photos as soon as the sample quilts are sewn up. You will bring minimal equipment and a travel sewing machine

Optional Quilt Excursions!

I'm excited to offer THREE potential special quilter excursion opportunities! The optional excursions are above and beyond the ship-sponsored excursions, and subject to interest and participation.

Day 2: Maui, Hawaii – Register to attend a private studio tour with quilt artist Keri Duke! Transportation arrangements are in development at the present time, and may require an extra fee.

Day 4: Hilo, Hawaii – Register to attend a private studio tour and trunk show with world-renown artist Sylvia Pippen! Following our visit with Sylvia, we will go shopping at Kilauea Kreations in Volcano, HI. Transportation arrangements are in development at the present time, and may require an extra fee.

Day 5: Kona, Hawaii – Optional walk to visit Quilt Passions shop in Kailua-Kona. Quilt Passions is within walking distance of the cruise tender dock. Quilt Passions was featured in the 2011 Quilt Sampler Spring/Summer publication.

But wait! There's MORE!  All cruise participants will receive a variety of benefits on this Hawaiian Cruise adventure:
