Looking from the house down to the corner – this area was unusually open and sunny – the rest of the street was shady as far as the eye can see. I noticed the large circular area filled with wood chips, and can only guess that perhaps a large tree stood here, and either was uprooted in the storm, or a significant portion of it tore away, hitting the garage roof.
